Who is the Hunters Pointe Homeowners Association?

The Hunters Pointe Homeowners Association is a voluntary non-profit corporation made up of home owners in Hunters Pointe, and Hunters Pointe II subdivisions in Farmington Hills, MI.  The modest annual dues collected support both maintenance and social activities throughout the year.  Some of these activities include: maintenance of the common areas, maintenance of the ponds, refreshing the signage at entrances and the annual summer picnic.

The Association has relationships with the City of Farmington Hills to ensure governmental and private activities do not harm members of our subdivision.  When necessary, we contact those jurisdictions and ask for assistance if an issue should arise.

Our Mission

The mission of the Hunters Pointe Homeowners Association is to: promote a sense of community, enhance livability, and protect the individual and collective real estate investments in the Hunters Pointe Community.
